How an activity happens

From a Saturday meeting to a camp on the ground.

  1. We meet monthly

On the 3rd Saturday of each month the club meets, reviews what is due, and decides the next activity.

  2. We plan a camp

A venue, a partner hospital or blood bank, volunteers and a date. Most activities are set two to three weeks ahead.

  3. We run it

An eye camp, a blood drive, a school distribution, a planting. The members turn up and do the work.

  4. We report it

Every activity is dated, counted and filed with District 317A, which is where the club’s record is kept.

The dated record

Recently.

The dated activity log is being compiled

Each camp, drive and distribution is recorded with its date, place and count as filed with District 317A. Those entries will appear here, newest first, once the club supplies its records. Nothing invented is shown in the meantime.
